Zoom recordings of live sessions that are uploaded to the course platform for replay purposes. These recordings are used solely to support learning and are accessible only to registered students and may not be downloaded or shares outside the course platform.
Students’ written text submitted for assignments, exercises, or discussions, which may be used in anonymised form to provide feedback, correct grammar and support learning.
Payment and transaction information when purchasing access to courses, including billing address, phone number, and payment details (handled via third-party payment services).

This includes the use of trusted non-EU processors (such as ActiveCampaign, Zoom, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, TidyCal, and FlipHTML5) located in countries with an EU adequacy decision or operating under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an equivalent level of data protection.
