Meet your teacher

Hi! My name is Rosanna, and I'm a language teacher of the Nordic languages Danish and Finnish.

For the past many years, I have been involved in adult education at language centers and evening schools on Sjælland, Fyn and Jylland in Denmark.

For many of my beginner students, getting started with learning Danish can be a challenge, and that's why I offer this Danish Beginner Workshop, where we work with Danish pronunciation and all the beginner stuff, so you can get a good start with your Danish language learning journey.

Who can enrol this Course?

This language training is for all, who want to start learning Danish from scratch.
You have the motivation and a positive attitude to learning Danish.
You want to be a part of our learning Community where you can practice Danish with other students on a weekly basis.
You are not afraid of making language mistakes and learning from them.

Who is this course NOT for?

You already completed Danish A2 level and have basic fluency in daily life situations, and should opt for Danish Intermediate Course instead.
You are not willing to work independently and focused with your Danish - on a weekly basis - and actively seek help when needed.
If you expect a QUICK FIX and don't want to make the effort in order to achieve good Danish beginner level progression.
If you don't want to improve your study habits and hold yourself accountable.

Beginner Level

This is a self-paced Danish beginner level online course, and we are starting from scratch with a focus on Danish pronunciation and small daily life conversations.

Technical Requirements

You can participate in the Q&A via a computer with a fast internet connection, microphone and camera. The camera must be turned on, and you will need a computer. (You cannot participate via a smartphone).

Live Q&A

Live Q&A is a weekly question and answer session where you also have the opportunity to practice beginner level presentations with other students. The replay videos will be uploaded available after the session.
